Silver Bridal Package ~ $650 plus tax
Set for 20 guests (excluding bridal party)
Sunday - Thursday only (although, you may have your wedding on available Saturdays in December 2008, or January 2009).

This package price is very affordable. For your Ceremony, choose the Gazebo or Pergola, and afterwards, entertain your guests at your reception to be held at the Presley Log Cabin. Includes tables, chairs (4 round 48" tables with white wooden folding chairs) and tablecloths. The Presley Log Cabin is also included for your Honeymoon Nite.

Classic Bridal Package ~ $1400 plus tax
Set for 20 guests

This package is simple and elegant, but affordable. For your Ceremony, choose the Gazebo or Pergola. Afterwards, entertain your guests on the grounds at your wedding site and “first dance” to your favorite song. Includes Ceremony & Reception Music Production, Limo Cart, and Special tables. The tables, Wedding chairs and Tablecloths are included in the price per guest.

  • Per person charge over 20 people — $8
  • Gin Creek Caterers are ready to serve you for an additional charge
  • Rehearsal Dinner site not included in Bridal Package.

Gold Bridal Package ~ $3500 plus tax

This semi-private package is designed for the small, but beautiful wedding for up to 75 people. This package includes accommodations to dress for the Wedding ceremony, wedding site with chairs, Reception Site w/tables and chairs. It includes a Guest Shuttle, wedding director and Sound Director w/Live Microphones at the Ceremony & the Gin Creek Staff on your Wedding Day. The Genesis Wedding Tent is for the Reception**. Honeymoon night Special Included. Note: This package allows for another ceremony on Saturday at Gin Creek.

Royal Bridal Package ~ $4900 plus tax

This elite* Package Includes two nights each at the Presley Log Cabin & Dee’s Lake house, a horse drawn Vis-à-Vis white carriage*or Rolls-Royce*, Limousine wedding guests shuttles, White Surrey, Wedding Site, Reception Site on your wedding day, All available Gin Creek tables, chairs & tablecloths for the Ceremony & Reception, Gin Creek Wedding Director, Sound Director w/live microphones at the ceremony site and the Gin Creek staff on your wedding day to ensure the success of your event. This is our most popular Package.

All Packages are at a discounted rate and any items in the package you do not need will be credited at 50% value based on the “Wedding Rates Page”. You may substitute any item for a Gin Creek item of equal value. You may add any item to compliment the Package.

*ELITE--A Friday Night or Sunday Wedding event could be held at Gin Creek. The cabins could be used for the wedding party during the day on Friday.

Sunday Weddings may require the Rehearsal site and dinner to be held on Friday at Gin Creek. Their events will not interfere with your scheduled events. We will work with you.

As a Royal Package bride you will get first “right of refusal” on the Galleria rental for Friday Night.

Note: In some cases the Galleria or the Genesis Tent may have already been rented for an event on Friday Night. In theRoyal Package, Gin Creek reserves the right to rent the Galleria on Friday Night for a wedding event. (Up charge for not renting Galleria. $250)

  • The Gin Creek Wedding Planner is available, if desired.
  • You may add items from the rental pricing section.
  • Gin Creek has Standard white tablecloths and are included in the Royal Package. Overlays and colors are available at an extra cost.
  • Food is not included in this package. Gin Creek will cater, if desired.

A Friday Night Wedding may be held at Gin Creek. The cabins may also be used for the wedding party during the day on Friday. Late check-in for the Royal Package brides may be required.



Premier Bridal Package ~ $6900 plus tax

This exclusive extended Weekend Package includes all items listed in the Royal Package plus The Gin Creek Wedding Planner* . Yes, Gin Creek is yours for the Weekend! You have exclusive rights for all events at Gin Creek Friday-Sunday “at Check out” ( i.e. Bridal Luncheon Site, Rehearsal Dinner Site, etc). Remember, no other events will be held at Gin Creek.

All-inclusive food for attending guests can be added for $9-$20 per person for the Rehearsal Dinner and $12-$24 per person for the Reception, depending on your menu. We specialize in Theme Rehearsal Dinners! SEE GROOM'S PACKAGE FOR ADDITIONS.

  • Wedding Planner charge is based on $9000 spent. 15% fee for monies spent over this amount.
  • You may add items from the rental pricing section.



The Ultimate Bridal Package ~ $18,000 plus tax *

This Package includes the Premier Package with a guest target of 200 people. It includes the Gin Creek Caterers, Gin Creek Florist, and the Gin Creek Photographer. Catering is based on choices from the Southern Belle Menu (Buffet Style). Extra guest charge is $16 per person. This package includes the make-up artist & hairdresser at Gin Creek for your needs.

Photographery - $3,000 budgeted in above price
Florist - $3,000 budgeted in above price
Caterer - $3,000 budgeted in above price

*In this package, 20% down, 50% six months out, balance seven days in advance of ceremony.



Friday Nights in the South ~ $4690

This Package celebrates the “best” attended wedding ceremony at Gin Creek. “Friday Nights in the South”.

Your Thursday accommodations will be at Gin Creek & Friday Bride & Groom accommodations will be at The Barber-Tucker House, Wedding Site & Rehearsal Site on Thursday at Gin Creek, Horse-Drawn Carriage or Rolls-Royce, Wedding Director, Sound at the Ceremony and DJ at the Reception, all available Gin Creek tables and chairs, Guest Limo Cart Shuttles, White Surrey, Genesis 40x40 White Tent for the Reception & the Gin Creek Staff for your Wedding.

  • If not previously booked, Galleria could be available for the Reception.
  • Gin Creek Catering is available.



A Sunday Kind of Love ~ $3990 plus tax

This Package includes the Cabins on Sunday for the day and night at Gin Creek, Wedding Site, Galleria Reception Site, All available Gin Creek tables, chairs, tablecloths, Wedding Director, Sound at the Ceremony, Horse-Drawn Carriage or Rolls-Royce, Limo Guests Shuttles, Bridesmaids Surrey & The Gin Creek Staff on your wedding day.

  • Gin Creek DJ services are available.
  • Gin Creek Catering is available.



The Groom’s Package

The Grooms Package is designed for the Groom and/or the Parents to encourage the rehearsal dinner to be held at Gin Creek, making the weekend wedding event a time to remember. We want to make this event something special for the groom, his family & friends. Theme Rehearsal events are fun and relaxing! Choose the Themes below and let’s get started.

Limited Theme Menus available for the rehearsal dinner are based on 40 people. As the number grows, the price per person gets less expensive.

Gin Creek will provide a catered meal with your price for your Theme.

For rehearsal numbers less than 40, please ask us for ideas.

The guy’s choices of events are:

  • The Trap -- This Package includes two rounds (50 shots) for each participant on the skeet range. Lunch is provided. Competition scored. $40 per person

  • The Hook--This Package includes a challenging18 holes of Golf at the Sunset C.C. in Moultrie. Lunch is provided. $50 per person

  • The Flush (In Season only)--- We are offering an exclusive half-day Quail Hunt at High Point Plantation in Colquitt County.

What an experience! Lunch is provided. $250 per person

The Rehearsal Dinner Site (excluding tent) is included in the Premier and Ultimate Bridal Packages. Charges do not apply!

Options for the Rehearsal Dinner Sites are:

  • Lake House---- May be included in Bridal Package. Please ask.
  • Pergola ----- $200 Great outdoor location
  • Tent -------- $700 Versatile Choice – May be used for the Reception.

Transportation
Alcohol is allowed. Please Read The Message Below: In the interest of safety, Gin Creek will arrange for Chartered Transit Buses to bring your wedding party to our location, if you desire. We believe this is the safest means of transportation and will protect the Value of Life and provide peace of mind, as well. It will ensure a beautiful and happy wedding day and afford the privilege for future Brides to share the same experience you will have.

The cost of this service is well worth the money. Please ask us about roundtrip pricing from your location.

.** All Reservations require a 20% deposit to secure your date requested. ($250 minimum)

  • The deposit is Non-refundable

*** There is a fee of $125 charged for cleanup on Wedding Events held at the Gin Creek Galleria. (Does not apply to the Special Wedding Packages.) For all other events, the charge is $75.

A 7% sales tax will be added to the total of all items. There is a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card.

FYI: Some of the items we offer are outsourced. The increased pricing of these items may be passed along to the customer. If this becomes necessary, you will be notified before being charged.
